Do you believe in Cold Fusion? NASA does.

LENR stands for “Low Energy Nuclear Reactions.” It is, I believe, the same reaction that Fleishman-Pons called “Cold Fusion.” Has nasa.gov been hacked? Have they gone crazy? Or is it true?
